Freud's psychoanalytical therapy is based on conversation and named from its beginning a talking cure. The goal of this conversation is to explore hidden psychological intentions and drives. Psychoanalysis' concentration on talking suggests a unique perspective on human discourse, including texts interpretation. In the course, we will discuss this contribution which changed the way we are listening to talking and interpreting texts.
