The goal of the course is to examine the Israeli law in light of different feminist theories. For this examination we will review in a nutshell a variety of feminist theories and attempts to synthesize between them, while focusing on their relevancy to a feminist analysis of the law. Based on the theoretical background, we will review specific gendered issues the Israeli law deals with or is silent about. Among others, we will discuss gendered aspects of the Israeli law’s attitude towards the labor market, family/ies and social rights
