Course description
Corporations
This course will focus on the law of business corporations in Israel. Other forms of corporate entities will be discussed only cursorily. Our discussion will attempt to reveal the legal, economic, financial and accounting underpinnings of corporate law and hence will be rather theoretical in nature. Reading assignments will not be discussed as such, but during the Term the students will be required to complete six un-announced quizzes regarding these assignments. A passing grade for 5 out of these 6 quizzes will give students 10 out of 100 points in the final grade. A written paper will also be required and its weight in the final grade is also 10%.
