The course is destined to provide knowledge about the various domains of psychology, their main findings and their applications. Human behavior will be viewed from a number of perspectives: Biological, behavioral, cognitive, and dynamic. Among the subjects presented: The nervous system, learning and memory, perception and thinking, motivations and feelings, theories of personality, psychopathology, psychotherapy etc.
During the semester, students will have to participate as subjects in experiments. Students which will not accomplish this duty will not be eligible to the course's grade.
