Course description
The course shall present the legal framework for the architects' work in Israel, in particular the Planning and Construction Law of 1965. For that end, the course shall also present the basic concepts of property laws in Israel. Finally, the course shall present various legal aspects of the architects' profession such as regulation, intellectual property and professional liability.
