Course description
A panoramic survey of Western Culture, beginning with Homeric epos, Hellenic Mythology and Pre-Socratic Philosophy, through Dante, medieval scholastics, Age of Enlightenment, and ending with Darwin, Doestoyevsky and Nietzsche in the second half of the nineteenth century.
