This workshop concentrates on the complicated and fascinating connection between matter and form. Its main aim is to expand the student’s skills as a researcher of art, by a “hands on” experience with materials and creation.

The classroom will become a space where one can “wonder through” action, matter and content simultaneously, understanding that the separation of these issues is not obvious in any way.

Students will get to know several materials and techniques in two dimension art, experiencing with different supports, working habits, various paints and tools.

Every lesson will begin with a presentation of a work of art as an example.
