In this Seminar we will examine the influence of Nineteenth Century Romanticism on what is considered Neo-Romanticism in Twentieth Century British Art. We will compare aspects of form and content in works belonging to Romanticism and Neo-Romanticism as well as the Aesthetic, cultural, historical and social contexts in which they were created.
