The course will briefly discuss the fundamental physical principles of:
Magnetic Nuclear Resonance (NMR), Electronic (UV, αD, ORD, CD), Spectroscopy, Mass Spectrometry application of gas phase ionization and fragmentation of organic molecules
The integration of the data from the various forms of spectroscopy and spectrometry with emphasis on one and two dimensional NMR and mass spectral techniques for the structure elucidation of organic molecules will be discussed in detail.
