It is a kind of radar screen spotting new opportunities or helping avert disasters, enabling the firm to observe its environment and monitor its own development. It is a management tool used by multinational corporations which have built Competitive Intelligence Units.
This course presents the management of international technology transfer, with illustrations from real life best practice examples. A framework for developing Technology Transfer strategies will be presented and applied in various situations.
