סקירה מפורטת, לאורך ציר הזמן ההסטורי, של התכנים המלודיים/ הרמוניים במוזיקת הרוק על סוגיה השונים. תבחנה השפעות קלאסיות, השפעות מהבלוז ומהג'אז, במסגרת בחינת ההתפתחות המטאמורפוזה שעבר הסגנון בתקופה שבין השנים 1950- 1980.
Course description
A substantial survey of the melodic / harmonic contents in rock music- on its various forms, along the historical timeline. The course will examine the influences of classical, blues and jazz, through surveying the metamorphosis in style development within the time frame of 1950-1980.
