This course of reading the score offers the students the opportunity to create and develop the practical skills of adaptation of orchestral, chamber and choral scores for piano. Along with practical skills, this course gives the students a special opportunity to follow the whole process of creating the musical language from renaissance to the contemporary music, the process of genre development and orchestration itself. The task of the course is practical work with the piano, preparatory exercises in score reading and demands from the students the primary skills of playing the piano.
