In this course we will focus on interpreting and visualizing a play. We will examine the question of style and theatrical language and practice dramaturgic freedom. The process will include visual research and the translation to stage design, using the designer's tools. The course will be conducted in studio format; Independent research, hands-on practice and classroom review.
