Course description

This class is devoted to a close reading of Aristotle’s Nicomachean Ethics. Through close attention to the arguments presented in this book, we will address issues such as happiness, virtue, emotions and choice. Our attention will be mainly devoted to  arguments presented by Aristotle but we will also consider different scholarly approaches to this work.
