This course in an introduction to ancient Greek philosophy. It will mainly focus on the philosophy of Socrates, Plato and Aristotle but will start with an overview of pre-Socratic philosophy. The aim of the course is to present to the students the basic concepts and the methods of argument used by these philosophers on different issues such as the natural world, man, virtue or knowledge.
