The aim of this course is to introduce the basic issues and debates in the philosophy of law and to provide analytical tools for analysis of the various positions in the field. Among the topics to be discussed are: the distinction between legal and moral norms, the relation between politics and the law, constitutions and the reasons for defending constitutional norms.
