Course description
In recent years, there is a rise in interest concerning personal growth and development processes and in searching for the meaning of life and the best way to live our life. A strong correlation was found to exist between our emotional, mental, and spiritual health and disease. In order to experience life as a voyage of discovery and to fulfill our unique potential, we need to learn more about the laws of the universe and the tools we have within us. Interestingly, it is the same principles that rule in biochemical processes that also rule in the spiritual sphere and human behavior. This course examines life from a biological and natural sciences perspective, as well as from the spiritual world and human behavior. We will see how they relate to the person's life experience, from the cellular level to the entire body. Throughout the course, we will learn to open our minds to new possibilities and a deep understanding of our biological existence, and acquire insights and new ways of personal and social thinking.
