The course focuses on the expressions of multiplicities of identities that characterized cities today on theories, methodologies and planning practices in the global and neo - liberal city. In particular, the discussions focus on the growing influence of the privatization of services and infrastructure and of urban planning itself and how these tendencies affect the lives of people of different identities in cities today.
