Course description
Regional and Metropolitan Planning
The course deals with the history of regional planning as a professional discipline developed from the beginning of 20th century side by side to the development of metropolitan planning. The various models of regional and metropolitan models will be discussed both in the West and in Israel. The students will select models of regional and metropolitan planning known in the West and analyze them with regards to the Israeli planning context.
