Course description
Expanding the Circle of Criminal Liability
The pro-seminar will focus on several areas which expand the circle of criminal liability to include situations in which one individual is responsible for the acts of another, like complicity, conspiracy, vicarious liability, ccorporate liability and liability of managers and officers. In addition, the pro-seminar will examine a few categories of offenses, which the judiciary has interpreted broadly like fraud, rape and breach of confidence.
