The psychology of decision making for Jurists
The aim of the course is to provide early jurists with basic concepts in the psychology of decision-making. The examples and events that will be presented during the course will be taken from the familiar content world to undergraduate students for their studies at the Faculty of Law at Tel Aviv University.
The course will deal with the psychological and behavioral aspects of decision making in the legal world. The relationship between decision-making processes and the issues addressed by the legal process will be examined.
