The course focuses on understanding the use of quantitative tools for measuring different aspects of environmental efficiency of products, companies and sectors. The course aims to acquaint students with the basic concepts of environmental management and industrial ecology, examining the use of various tools and the connection to the business environment Students learn how to deal better with environmental-economic efficiency, an issue that is acquiring a position of increasing importance in the list of business priorities.
