Course description
The architecture of Palestine (Eretz-Israel) from the 19th century and along the 20th
century reflects a rich array of societies, cultures, styles, traditions and building
technologies. The course discusses key issues of local architecture during the past
two centuries in light of current cultural debates and political conflicts.
