Course description
The course will discuss (based on  reading  relevant texts) the major topics of the Western aesthetics in order to provide both theoretical and methodological tools for a                   systematic approach to  arts a  from a philosophical perspective
Among the topics to be explored are some of the following :  beauty, the aesthetic (aesthetic judgment, qualities, experience, objects, etc.), interrelationships and  classification of arts, environmental aesthetics ,  aesthetics of architecture, and  theoretical approaches to the arts. The general questions will be discussed with specific references to interior design, architecture and the visual arts.
