In this course which is a workshop, students will tackle key questions and basic concepts of film directing, while implementing and practicing them in directing exercises. Based on instructions they receive; the students would present their exercises in class and receive feedbacks. During the semester, the discussion will be expanded to cinematic issues and dilemmas starting from the idea and the pre-production process, through the production and post-production. In addition, the students would develop their skills of analyzing films.
