Castings Mentoring
The purpose of the mentoring is to guide the students and to bolster the casting process of the scripts that they will direct.
The mentoring sessions are personal and for directors only.
First mentoring session:
Focusing on the characters and the story: "what is the film about, what is the main theme, what they are looking for in the characters".
Defining the casting layout of each character.
Guidance and Training of how to begin self-search and other sources of searching- actors and non-actors
What are the right scenes for audition
Second mentoring session:
While progressing with the personal process we will hold a discussion about actors who the student feels that they relevant for the parts (references or auditions), to sharpen and to foster the selection process.
