Course description
This workshop, following Scriptwriting Basics, will broaden the discussion and practice of screenwriting principles and techniques. Students will go through a full process of writing and rewriting a short (up to 10 minutes) script. Starting with idea and research, character development, scene modeling, pitching, synopsis, outline/treatment, and eventually writing and rewriting of a full short film script.
