The aim of the course is to learn orchestral symphonic repertoire by performing the works that are being studied in the conducting classes. Students who are accepted to the course will perform a varied repertoire of the chosen works from all periods, conducted by the conducting students under the guidance of Mr. Yoav Talmi and Mr. Yi An Xu.

During the course, while performing the works, the players will get to know the aspects of style in the different periods, the understanding of its structure, its historical background, the comprehension of the conducting technique and its influence on improving the orchestral playing.
