Course description

Print making has been a central form of expression in Israeli visual culture from the beginning of Israeli   art. Woodcuts , etchings, engravings ,lithography silk screening and digital printing among others ,serve as personal  political and commercial means of expression by graphic artists as well as by painters and sculptors . In this lesson we will discuss printing in Israeli art from chronological ,cultural and aesthetic points of view.
