The course deals with the main gods and figures from Greek mythology. Each lesson focuses on a particular figure or topic, and reviews the main identification signs and the apparent changes in their representation throughout the history of Western art from antiquity to the present. In addition, we discuss the important myths relating to each god and figure and the relevant ancient literary sources.
