Course description
The course covers methods of text analysis and division, use of space, visual perception, dialogue with the creative team (playwright/translator, set designer, lighting designer, costumes designer, sound designer, choreographer), establishment of theatrical vocabulary and concept, casting, rehearsal methods, working with actors, the process in time, professional ethics and through to a full production.The course will follow the practical directing projects of second year M.F.A students in all aspects of theatrical production.
