Course description
What is performance? What is postmodernism? And how these concepts are related? The course focuses on three aspects of this relation: the growing of performance out of the disruption of modernist categories and conventions; performance as an expression of an epistemological crisis; and performance as an expression of the collapse of aesthetic and cultural hierarchies.
