A lesson that develops movement training based on the Chinese T’ai Chi Ch’uan, the Japanese Suzuki Method, and the Japanese Kabuki theatre. These techniques improve correlation, relaxation, and concentration, creating a connection between internal image and external form, and help to lower the body’s center and strengthen the lower part of the body.
