Course description
Rationale: "Will my body ever start changing? Will my body ever stop changing? Is it normal? Will I ever kiss a boy?"- Early adolescence and mid adolescence can be characterize as critical and sensitive periods of life, when many kinds of changes happen simultaneously. The participants of the current course will learn about the lives of adolescents in Israel from interdisciplinary perspectives, in order to expand their knowledge and ability to teach adolescents in a way that meet their psycho-social needs. Theories and recent empirical studies on adolescence, as well as personal experience of the participants will serve as the basis of group learning.
