Course description

The ability to work in teams: to communicate effectively, crate trust, coordination, and cooperation, is an essential ability for workers and managers alike. The complex, dynamic and interdisciplinary nature of organizations and work, the need to work in multi-professional teams, and the encounters with various partners and clients intensify this ability to be even more important and challenging.

The aim of the workshop is to introduce the students with skills and tools that will enable them to work, develop and manage effective teams and teamwork. The workshop will focus on interpersonal skills, and processes of problem solving in teams.
