Course description
The ways intellectual knowledge is applied into social realities, and the ways real life experiences shape this knowledge is a fundamental concern of social scientists and social active individuals.
In the seminar, the concept of "social translation" between theory, social awareness and organizational change will be explored, focusing on the ways these translations are expressed and practiced in organizational settings and shape social realities. The seminar is aimed at equipping the students with conceptual and practical tools required to form an active position of gender responsibility and change in organizations, to experience such a position and learn from this experience.
