מתווה הגז, תחרות ומחירים, תמר, לווייתן, תשובה, נובל אנרג'י, ששינסקי, חברת החשמל, תחנות כוח פרטיות, פאנלים סולאריים, מכוניות חשמליות. בשנים האחרונות אנו מוצפים בידיעות ובדיונים על פיתוח מקורות אנרגיה חדשים וישנים, מיסוי, ייצוא, רגולציה, וסוגיות רבות נוספות הקשורות לאנרגיה. בסמינר נבחן את מטרות דיני האנרגיה, נלמד את דיני האנרגיה הישראליים במבט השוואתי, ונחקור את ההסדרים המשפטיים הרצויים בענף.

Course description
Energy Law – Dr. David Schorr
The gas agreement, competition and prices, Tamar, Leviathan, Tshuva, Nobel Energy, Sheshinski, the Israel Electric Corporation, private power stations, solar panels, electric cars. The past few years have seen a flood of news and discussions of the development of new and old energy sources, taxation, export, regulation, and many more energy issues. In this seminar we will examine the goals of energy law, assess Israeli energy law in comparative perspective, and investigate desired legal norms for the energy sector.
