תיאור קורס:
הקורס מהווה מבוא כללי למחקר על רכישת שפה. הקורס יספק סקירה כללית בנושאים שונים כגון שיטות מחקריות בעבודה עם תינוקות וילדים, גישות תיאורטיות לרכישת שפה, והתפתחות של רמות ייצוג שונות (פונולוגיה, תחביר, פרגמטיקה). הקורס יתמקד ברכישת שפה אצל ילדים עם התפתחות תקינה, אך יעסוק גם בנושאים של רכישת שפה שניה, דו-לשוניות, שפת סימנים והפרעות שפה התפתחותיות.

The course will covers topics in experimental methodologies in infants and children, major theoretical approaches to language acquisition, and the development of various levels of language representations. We will focus on typical first language acquisition; however we will also explore issues in second language acquisition, bilingualism, sign languages and developmental language disorders.
