הפדגוגיה הפמיניסטית מתייחסת למקומן של נשים בחינוך ובחברה בכלל ומקומן של מורות, מנהלות, אמהות וילדות בפרט. היא מתמקדת ביצירת חינוך שוויוני לבנים ובנות, לנשים ולגברים. היא מנסה לחולל שינוי מהותי בפרקטיקות החינוכיות, בידע ובתכנים הנלמדים כך שיכללו בנות, ושיתייחסו באופן שוויוני לכל האוכלוסיות. השינוי הנדרש בחינוך כולל מימדים רבים, הוא נוגע בכל מקצועות הלימוד, בערכים ביחסים בין מורות/ים ותלמידים/ות, בדרכי ההוראה, ארגון בית הספר, חגים טקסים, שפה טקסטים ועוד. הוא נוגע גם לבנות וגם לבנים במערכת החינוך הפורמאלית והלא פורמאלית הוא נוגע גם להדרה של אוכלוסיות נוספות אותן מערכת החינוך הבנויה על יסודות פטריארכאליים דוחקת לשוליים. בקורס נבחן את החינוך מנקודת מבט של התיאוריות הפמיניסטיות השונות והשפעת תיאוריות אלו עליו. נאפיין את הפדגוגיה הפמיניסטית כנגד גישות חינוך מסורתיות, נבחן את המהפכה הפמיניסטית כמתחוללת באמצעות חינוך. בקורס נדון במערכת יחסי הכוחות בין נשים וגברים בחינוך תוך התייחסות לידע הקנוני, לידע נרטיבי, לתפיסת המובן מאליו, מה "טבעי" ומה "נורמלי". כמו כן נדון בפרויקטים של פדגוגיה פמיניסטית בעולם ופרויקטים של חינוך פמיניסטי בישראל. הקורס יישם דרכי הוראה פמיניסטיות-דיאלוגיות , שיתופיות, המסתמכות על הידע שמביאות אתן המשתתפות היוצרות ידע חדש.
קיימת חובת נוכחות.
מטלות: ניהול פרוטפוליו, עבודת סכום.
ציון: 20% השתתפות פעילה, 30% פרוטפוליו, 50% עבודת סכום.
Course description
Feminist pedagogy discuss issues of women's representation in education and in general society especially of teachers, school directors, mothers and girls. It tries to create an in depth transformation in educational practices that relates to education for boys and girls, women and men. Practices of inequality are manifested in knowledge, curriculum, school subjects, values, teacher-students relationships, teaching-learningmethods, school administration, holidays, school ceremonies, language, texts and more. Feminist pedagogy relates to both formal and non-formal education and power structure of the hegemony vs. marginalized groups as manifested in through culture in patriarchal society. The course will examine the implementation of different feminist theories in education, it will view the educational methods that are used in the feminist liberatrion as juxtaposed to traditional ways of education. It will discuss the gendered power hierarchy in education in light of various concepts such as: the canonical knowledge, women ways of knowing, what's " normal" and "natural", women voice. Feminist education projects in Israel and in the world will be presented and feminist methods of education will be applied.
