תיאור הקורס:
הקורס יתעכב על תחנות מרכזיות בהתפתחות הקולנוע התיעודי העולמי, יוצרים בולטים, פונקציות ומגמות. נבחן גישות שונות לגבי מהותו של הסרט התיעודי, נעמוד על הדמיון והשוני – האתי והאסתטי – שבינו לבין הקולנוע הבדיוני, ונכיר כמה מהסרטים החשובים שנוצרו במסגרתו, בארצות הברית ובאירופה.
חובות הסטודנטים:
· נוכחות והשתתפות פעילה בשיעורים
· צפייה בסרטים הנלווים
· עמידה בבחינה מסכמת (אמריקאית)
