הסמינר יציג את תחום המוזיקולוגיה הפמיניסטית/המגדרית מתחילת דרכה בשנות ה-80 של המאה העשרים ועד ימינו, על המהפכות והשינויים שחלו בתחום.
חוקרים מאפיינים שלושה שלבים מרכזיים בתחום, הראשון מאופיין בהתמקדות במוזיקה מערבית אמנותית, בנשים יוצרות, כתיבה נשית, דימויים נשיים ובחתירה תחת הנרטיבים האוניברסליים. השלב הבא מאופיין בבינתחומיות, במיקוד בהאזנה וביצוע (ולא ביצירה), במוזיקות לא אמנותיות ולא מערביות, בסובייקט המגדרי של השיח המחקרי ובביקורות קווירית. השלב הנוכחי מאופיין בהתרחבות לפעילות פוליטית ולגלובליזציה.
Course description
The seminar introduces the field of Feminist Musicology. We will work through three waves of scholarship beginning with women as a universal transcendental category, pervading the 1980s, until today’s eclectic and creative post-postmodernism and activism.

תיאור קורס

 

הסמינר יציג את תחום המוזיקולוגיה הפמיניסטית/המגדרית מתחילת דרכה בשנות ה-80 של המאה העשרים ועד ימינו, על המהפכות והשינויים שחלו בתחום.

חוקרים מאפיינים שלושה שלבים מרכזיים בתחום, הראשון מאופיין בהתמקדות במוזיקה מערבית אמנותית, בנשים יוצרות, כתיבה נשית, דימויים נשיים ובחתירה תחת הנרטיבים האוניברסליים. השלב הבא מאופיין בבינתחומיות, במיקוד בהאזנה וביצוע (ולא ביצירה), במוזיקות לא אמנותיות ולא מערביות, בסובייקט המגדרי של השיח המחקרי ובביקורות קווירית. השלב הנוכחי מאופיין בהתרחבות לפעילות פוליטית ולגלובליזציה.
