תיאור הקורס

תרגיל הקריאה מלווה את קורס המבוא הפנורמי. לצד המבוא ההיסטורי, נתמקד בקורס זה במושאי המפתח של תולדות האמנות דרך קריאה ביקורתית של טקסטים מרכזיים. הקורס מתמקד בקריאה וניתוח של ספרות מחקר מרכזית העוסקת בסוגיות מרכזיות בתקופת הרנסנס, האמנות המודרנית והאמנות העכשווית. נלמד לזהות מבנים טיעונים שונים, סוגי שאלות מחקר, ז'אנרים של כתיבה אקדמית ומתודות פרשניות שונות. התרגיל הוא בעל שבע פגישות המתקיימות פעם בשבועיים.

The reading tutorial accompanies the Panoramic Introduction course. Adjoining the historical survey, we will focus on main subjects of art history through critical reading of key writings. The course focuses on reading and analyzing of main academic literature, dealing with matters in the art of the Renaissance, as well as in the Modern and Contemporary periods. While focusing on the formation of various arguments, we will ask and identify different kinds of research questions, different genres of academic writing, and different methods to construct narratives. The reading tutorial comprises of seven meetings, at fortnightly intervals.

דרישות הקורס וחובות התלמידים: נוכחות מלאה, קריאות שבועיות, השתתפות פעילה בשיעורים והגשת דו"חות הקריאה כפי שיידרש בקורס.

מטלות הקורס: הגשת דו"ח קריאה שבועי.

מטלת סוף הקורס: אין.

מרכיבי הציון הסופי:

10% - השתתפות פעילה: ביצוע מטלות תוך כדי השיעור.

90% - ממוצע של חמשת דו"חות הקריאה בעלי הציון הגבוה ביותר.
