מטרת השיעור להקנות לתלמיד מושגי יסוד בארכיטקטורה ובאמנות המוסלמית בימי הביניים, דרכי התבוננות ביצירה המוסלמית ומודלים לפרש את משמעותה.
The introductory course will impart basic knowledge on Islamic Art and Architecture, from its very beginning up to the pre-modern era. The course will also examine ways of looking at Islamic art and present models for interpretation.
מרכיבי הציון הסופי:
השתתפות בשיעור, בחינה מסכמת + ציון עובר בבוחן מושגים בתרבות האסלאם ודתה באמצע הסמסטר. ציון הבוחן איננו נכנס לשקלול הסופי אך הוא תנאי לסיום הקורס. רשימת המושגים באתר הקורס.
