In this course we will learn about the development of economic theories - from ancient philosophy through medieval to modern times. We'll talk about different approaches to money and business and their development. Among the topics brought up –the idea of the marketplace, the business world, teachings of Adam Smith, John Maynard Keynes, Milton Friedman and liberalism, capitalism, socialism, etc.
