Course description This course is a continuation of the tutorial “Guided Reading - Descartes” and has similar objectives: developing skills necessary for reading philosophical texts and for writing academic papers. Certain parts of David Hume’s Treatise of Human Nature and Immanuel Kant’s Prolegomena will be explored in class. During the course the students will submit short assignments concerning specific issues of these texts. The final grade is based on the marks of these assignments.
Requirements: Guided Reading - Descartes.
