The course will cover the foundations of Computer Vision. Topics

include: 3D Geometry, The fundamental matrix, interest point detection

 (Harris corner detector) and descriptors (SIFT, Brief), Markov Random

Fields (MRF) and their uses, face detection using the Viola-Jones

method, video google for image retrieval, edge detection, image

segmentation, variational methods and the Hough transform, photometric stereo, introduction to deep learning and some of its applications.
